APPLICATION
The LF311 level switches easily and safely monitor the level of dirty, sewage and waste water, etc., both when filling and draining tanks, reservoirs, wells, septic tanks, ect.
FEATURES
The device consist of a mercury switch and a counterweight. Both are sealed inside a polypropylene cover from which a 3 wire cable with double PVC insulation protrudes. The counterweight is eccentrically located so that the switch can maintain itself in the
right position.
The design and features of the LF331 provide a number of significant advantages:
- The switch is hung freely from its own cable at the desired height.
- It has no mechanical moving parts. As a result, the switch experiences no wear and is maintenance free.
- The polypropylene cover and PVC cable are resistant to most chemicals.

- The sheathed form and the effect of the interior counterweight ensure that no impurities and dirt will adhere to the surface,making it especially appropriate for sewage and waste water,etc.
- Whenever the water level reaches the switch height, it changes its position to a certain angle and thus the mercury opens or closes the appropriate circuit. When the liquid overshoots the switch height, the immersed switch pulls the cable, which keeps it in a vertical position and prevents it from entangling.
